The Allegheny County Constable's Association was formed before the enactment of ACT 44 of 1994. The purpose of the association was to provide training to it's members and provide a forum where concerns relating to every aspect of the profession could be addressed. Regular membership is open to all Allegheny County Constables and associate memberships are available to constables statewide.

Currently the discussion boards and access to the Allegheny County Jail Active Offender and Bench Warrant Lists are for members only.

Just a reminder, Pennsylvania State Ethics Forms must be filed for all elected and apponted Constables and Deputy Constables by May 1st for the prior calender year. I have included a link to the 2008 form below for your convenience. You can click on the link and fill it out on your computer. Print 1  copy to mail and 1 for your files. Special Note: prior year forms must not be used!!
